Oshkosh Defense sent a big contract to the non-union South. Will it keep future jobs in Wisconsin?

Wisconsin Watch reporter Jacob Resneck found that local governments and the state of Wisconsin have poured more than $70 million in taxpayer subsidies into Oshkosh Corp. and its defense subsidiary in recent years.
